The Department of Analysis at the University of Debrecen is pleased to host the Sixty-Second International Symposium on Functional Equations (ISFE), which will be held from Sunday, June 14 (arrival in the afternoon) to Saturday, June 20, 2026 (departure after breakfast) at Hotel Aurum**** in Hajdúszoboszló, Hungary.

This prestigious annual event brings together researchers from around the world to present and discuss recent developments in the theory of functional equations and related areas.

Program Highlights

All participants are invited to deliver a 20-minute presentation, followed by a 5-minute discussion. In addition to regular talks, the program will feature:

  • A Survey Lecture by Professor Witold Jarczyk titled “Recent results in the theory of means – a personal selection”
  • A Special Session on “Iteration and iterative functional equations”, organized by Professor Justyna Jarczyk
  • Dedicated sessions for open problems and commentary

 

Registration and Fees

  • 650€ – Double room
  • 720€ – Single room (limited availability; assigned on a first-come, first-served basis)
  • 600€ – Accompanying persons

The registration fee includes full board and accommodation, an excursion, selected social events, and conference materials for regular participants.
